​Starting your journey with Strong Beyond 50 is simple. Here's how it works.

Before you begin the pre-coaching questionnaire, please take a moment to review the questions at the bottom of this page which are part of the standard Adult Pre-Exercise Screening Tool that all PTs are required to use. While gyms and trainers often accept everyone who signs up by having them sign a waiver, this does not address individual health or exercise requirements. At Strong Beyond 50, I take a professional, collaborative approach ensuring each person receives the highest level of effective training to suit their needs and medical considerations.

INTIAL CONSULTATION (Meet & Greet)
If you’d like to speak with me before joining group training or committing to coaching, you can book a 45-minute Online Initial Consultation.

Cost: $60. Payment via Stripe - after you receive your Welcome email.
​
Important: You must first complete the Pre Coaching Questionnaire. Appointments are limited and I cannot accommodate casual visits or drop-ins.

​1. Complete the Pre Coaching & Exercise Screening Questionnaire
Click on the Apply Now button to complete the onboarding questionnaire (Google Form). This takes around five minutes and helps me understand your goals, experience, lifestyle, and any health considerations. The more information you provide, the more personalised your experience can be. It also includes the Pre-Exercise Screening tool, and accepting our T&C and Release of Liability (see full pdf document in Footer below).

Whether you hope to join Small Group Training, 1‑on‑1 sessions, programs, coaching, or an initial consultation, this information helps me address your needs effectively.

Important: Completing this questionnaire does not obligate you to join or pay for any programs at this stage.

​​​2. Review and Contact
​
​After submitting your questionnaire, I will personally review your responses. ​​I am a one-person business so it's not always possible to respond immediately, or outside business hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm).

If your questionnaire raises no concerns, I will send you a Welcome email and important information about our private studio, your chosen program and payment options. ​

If your questionnaire raises any concerns, I will email you with suggested next steps. Please note that Small Group Personal Training or other coaching programs may not be suitable for everyone.

3. Payment Options and Bookings
​​
​For Small Group Personal Training, I currently offer 2 free trial classes. Your trial will be activated when I send your Welcome email, and I will pre-book you into two classes based on your selected dates and times. If you would like to change your start date, please contact me and I can adjust your trial dates.
Please note that cancelled, missed classes, or no-shows during the trial will not be credited or rescheduled.

After the trial, if you decide to continue your journey with Strong Beyond 50, payment is required. Your Welcome email will provide all payment details and options.
​​​​​Start your Strong Beyond 50 experience today and take the first step toward better health. ​​​
If you answer “Yes” to any of the questions below, or if you have osteoporosis, are currently undergoing cancer treatment, have an acute musculoskeletal condition, or any other chronic or complex medical condition that may affect exercise, training with Strong Beyond 50 may not suitable, as these needs fall outside the scope of a Personal Trainer. In these cases, you will need to consult an *Exercise Physiologist.
