No obligation - Get Started with Strong Beyond 50

Many gyms and trainers accept everyone who signs up, but at Strong Beyond 50, I take the time to understand your goals, experience, and health considerations before you join. This ensures we are a good fit for each other, and helps you get the most from every program, training, or coaching experience.

Starting your journey with Strong Beyond 50 is simple and straightforward. Here's how it works:

1. Click on the Strong Beyond 50 Custom App button above


Begin by setting up your personal PTminder account login. You will need to provide some basic details. You will receive an activation email - please click on the Activate My Account button and create a secure password. 

​

2. Download the PTminder App


You’ll be prompted to download our custom Strong Beyond 50 PTminder app. This is your hub for everything Strong Beyond 50 - program access, managing class bookings and appointments, and chatting with me directly - all in one convenient place.

3. Complete the Onboarding Questionnaire

 

Once your login is created, you will be directed to our comprehensive onboarding questionnaire. This takes around five minutes and helps me understand your goals, experience, lifestyle, and any health considerations. The more information you provide, the more personalised your experience can be.

​

Whether you’re in Small Group Training, 1‑on‑1 sessions, programs, or coaching, this step helps me address your needs effectively.

​

Important: Completing this questionnaire is a key step, but there is no obligation at that stage to join or pay for any programs. If you decide Strong Beyond 50 isn’t right for you, your account will be deleted within seven days. I only keep accounts for clients who are actively participating and for whom my programs are suitable.

​​4. Review and Contact

 

Once submitted, I’ll personally review your questionnaire within business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm). I will then send you an email with your next steps.

​

All reviews and communication are handled personally by me - no bots or automated systems.

​

  • If your questionnaire raises no concerns, I will send you a Welcome email including information about our private studio, your chosen program and payment options. ​

  • If your questionnaire raises any concerns, I will email you with suggested next steps. Please note that Small Group Personal Training may not be suitable for everyone. 

​

5. Payment Options and Bookings

​​

Along with your welcome email, I will change your client status to Active, which also opens up the PTminder App Store for GoCardless payments. Any free classes or sessions included as part of a special offer will be added so you can book them.

 

If you decide to continue your journey with Strong Beyond 50, payment is required. Once received, I will add your membership or package to your account so you can continue booking classes or sessions. Again, this is all done personally by me - not automated. 

 

​​GoCardless Options: 

​

Direct Debit from your Bank Account - available for purchase directly from your PTminder App. Payments made via the Store will automatically allow you to make your bookings.

​

Stripe Payment Methods (links provided in email):

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • AU BECS Direct Debit from your bank account

Direct Deposit or Cash: 

Available for full payment of 8 Week Programs and 10-Class Passes only.
