Beyond Programs™ are designed for women who want focused, customised programming with ongoing guidance. Each program is tailored to your current capacity, goals, and lifestyle, with progressive training and fortnightly check-ins to support your direction and make adjustments as needed. You’ll train with purpose, build consistency, and keep improving how your body moves, feels, and performs in everyday life. No generic or random exercises - every exercise has a purpose and is part of the overall programming for your goals and needs. 

Optional personal training sessions are also available to establish training foundations and teach key exercise techniques, for safe and effective training.

Ideal for Personal Training assessments or training tweaks (face-to-face at the Drouin studio or online), or as an online Coaching deep dive to tackle mindset roadblocks, habit resistance, lifestyle overwhelm, or behaviour change strategies, or if you just need clarity on your next steps.

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not sure where to begin? This 90-minute private strategy session is designed to help you cut through the noise and move forward with purpose.


We’ll take the time to explore your goals, current habits, health history, challenges, and what’s really been holding you back. Together, we’ll create a clear, personalised path that aligns with your lifestyle, values, and what’s most important to you right now. ​

4-Session Trial Pack (Personal Training Only)

The mandatory intake pathway for all new 1-1 and Semi-Private personal training clients. This is your opportunity to experience the training environment, ensure we are the right fit for each other, and allow me to determine your exact programming needs. Note: Rates drop to a lower per-session cost when you transition to a full membership.

Your Pace: Complete as 1 session per week for 4 weeks OR 2 sessions per week for 2 weeks. (For 2-1 and 3-1, all partners must choose the same weekly schedule).

  • App Access: This pack excludes the Strong Beyond 50 custom digital app, which is a mandatory component upon transitioning to a full membership.

  • 1-1 Private Personal Training: $360

  • 2-1 Semi-Private Personal Training: $320 per person

  • 3-1 Semi-Private Personal Training: $280 per person

  • Payable in advance by Direct Deposit or GoCardless.
