Momentum is a fully tailored online training service designed for experienced lifters who want ongoing, individualised programming without the need for frequent in-person coaching or broader lifestyle support.
Your training is continuously adapted to your capability, progress, and feedback, with 4-weekly training reviews to ensure progression stays aligned and effective.
This service is focused purely on training design and performance development.
