Who I Coach

Every woman’s health and fitness journey is unique. Imagine it as a spectrum of lifestyles and goals:

➡️ At one end, there are bikini competitors and bodybuilders chasing stage-ready physiques. They track every calorie, sacrifice social moments, and invest heavily in specialised coaching. Or powerlifters aiming for max lifts and serious strength milestones. 

➡️ Women who aren’t ready to change. Still chasing “skinny” at the expense of their health and wellbeing in their declining years. The ones following every latest fad, extreme dieting for decades, looking for quick fixes and magic bullets, or believing walking and the occasional Pilates class is “enough,” even as their strength, balance, and bone health quietly decline.
