At Strong Beyond 50, you can choose between two powerful approaches to progress: Thrive Tailored Coaching Paths, fully personalised programs delivered through ongoing 1:1 coaching, and Structured Programs and Specialty Courses, which follow a set format to target specific goals over a defined period.

 

Both options are grounded in real-world, evidence-based training designed for women 35–70 who want to build lasting strength, confidence, and resilience.

 

If you want expert-designed training without the guesswork of random workouts, Thrive Programs offer a clear, results-focused path forward. Each course follows a proven format to help you build strength, skill, and confidence without ongoing 1:1 coaching.

Currently available:

  • Thrive Foundations – A smart, progressive strength training program designed to deliver real results week by week. Perfect if you’re not getting results and need a smarter, more effective plan instead of jumping between workouts without clear direction.

  • Progressive Technique Course – A 12-week structured program delivered through 1:1 sessions, online or in my Drouin studio, focused on mastering key movement patterns and lifts, improving form, and training with purpose.

These programs are ideal if you're self-motivated and want structure and progress with a clear, time-framed path to build strength, skill, and confidence, without the ongoing commitment of full coaching. Some are self-paced with expert guidance, while others include personalised support like 1:1 sessions. After completing a program, you can choose to repeat it, continue with next-level progressions for another 12 weeks, or move into fully tailored Thrive Coaching designed just for you. 12-week Structured program - $20 per week.

For women who want simple, effective training that supports their real life.

Whether you're training at home with dumbbells or using a full gym, Thrive Foundations delivers a balanced, progressive 12-week program that builds strength, power, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, and resilience - all suited to your fitness level, schedule, and goals.

You’ll enjoy a varied mix of training styles including strength & conditioning, cardio, mobility, HIIT, and more - designed to keep you motivated, challenge your body, and support long-term health. Workouts are planned around your desired frequency and availability, so you can train consistently without overwhelm.

Perfect if you’re ready to get consistent, feel stronger, and follow a program that actually works for your body and lifestyle.

Includes:
 

  • 12 weeks of progressive, full-body training, with a 2-week grace period for missed workouts when life gets in the way.

  • Choose Dumbbell or Full Gym programs. 

  • Workouts are structured over 12 weeks, but you can rearrange your training to suit your schedule. 

  • A wide variety of training modalities including: Strength & Conditioning, Cardio, Mobility, HIIT. 

  • Includes my Short & Sharp workouts for when you're short on time - perfect to squeeze in before work or on busy days.

  • Instructional videos and habit tips to support energy and recovery.

  • Delivered via the Strong Beyond 50 coaching app.

  • Affordable, accessible, and ideal for getting into a rhythm that sticks.

Progressive Technique Course

$75 per week for one 1-1 Session per week

12 Week Structured Program

to Strength Train with Confidence, Skill, and Support.

This is so much more than personal training - it’s a structured, progressive course designed to help you strength train with confidence by mastering foundational movement patterns and building real-world skill, one week at a time.

Over 12 weeks, we’ll focus on proper form, improved movement quality, and exercise progression - from hip-hinges to deadlifts, squats, pushes, pulls, and everything in between. You’ll get expert guidance tailored to your body, experience, and goals in a supportive, non-intimidating space.

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions in-person (Drouin studio) or online.

  • Progressive development of foundational strength training exercises.

  • Technique refinement, mobility support, and practical application.

  • One session per week, booked in advance (let me know if you can't find a suitable timeslot when booking). 

  • Limited spaces available - this is a high-support coaching course.

Ideal for you if:

  • You want to strength train but feel unsure about your form.

  • You’re ready to build a strong, confident foundation.

  • You’re tired of guessing your way through workouts.

  • You value consistency, guidance, and real-time feedback.

  • What you’ve been doing isn’t working, or you’ve started to notice niggles, discomfort, or aches from your current training.

This course runs on weekly recurring payments of $75, with a 12-week minimum. To begin, click the purple button above to book your sessions and then pay securely via Stripe (link in the Booking Description). Payment must be made in full at least 24 hours before your first booked session. 

Sessions can be rescheduled (within the same week) with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session. See footer for full T&Cs.
